Official Competition Notice: KICKDRAW operates genuine skill-based competitions and prize promotions in full compliance with the Gambling Act 2005 (Schedule 2), the CAP Code (UK Non-broadcast Advertising Standards), and UK consumer protection legislation. Free postal entry routes with identical odds are available for every competition.

KICKDRAW operates under the provisions of Schedule 2 of the Gambling Act 2005 and UK prize competition statutory frameworks:
- Reflex Skill Gate: Every entrant must pass a genuine skill-based reflex timing test to qualify for competition ticket registration.
- No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry Route): A continuous, free postal entry route is maintained for 100% of competitions, active from the moment each draw opens until sales conclude.
- Equal Treatment & Identical Odds: Free postal entries are assigned ticket numbers within the exact same draw pool as credit entries, with 100% identical odds of winning.
- Prominence: The free entry route is displayed prominently on all competition pages, product modals, and within this terms document.
- Strict Ticket Caps: Each competition is subject to a hard ticket cap (200, 350, or 750 tickets) ensuring transparent, fixed, published odds that never degrade.
- Goods Only: All competition prizes are physical authentic luxury goods, trainers, or sealed collector items. No cash alternatives, financial loans, or credit withdrawals are offered.
3. FREE POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE (SCHEDULE 2 COMPLIANCE)
How to Enter Any Draw Free of Charge:
You can enter any open KICKDRAW competition or mystery round without paying credits by sending a handwritten postcard or using our automated printable entry slip containing the following details:
- Competition Name: The exact prize name you are entering (e.g. Dior x Air Jordan 1 High OG, Rolex Submariner Date 41mm, PlayStation 5 Pro 2TB, iPhone 17 Pro Max, Panini Prizm Hobby Box).
- Full Legal Name (Must be 18+ UK resident).
- Full UK Postal Address (Including town/city and postcode).
- Contact Email Address (Used to issue your entry confirmation and draw ticket).
- Contact Phone Number (For courier dispatch and winner notification).
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Answer to the Qualifying Skill Question (Available via the interactive entry slip generator).

One entry per envelope or postcard. Postal entries are processed on the date of receipt and allocated directly into the active competition draw pool.
4. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RULES
- Competitions are open exclusively to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of KICKDRAW ENTERTAINMENT LTD are strictly prohibited from participating.
- Entrants must maintain a single registered account with valid contact details matching their government-issued identification. Multiple accounts created to circumvent per-player ticket caps will be disqualified and voided.
5. HOW COMPETITIONS WORK & DRAW CONDITIONS
- Reflex Gate Skill Challenge: To register an entry, players participate in the Reflex Timing Skill Test. Only attempts meeting the qualifying reflex threshold are validated for ticket assignment.
- Guaranteed Draw Trigger: When a competition reaches 100% of its published ticket cap (e.g. 200/200, 350/350, or 750/750), ticket sales immediately close and the draw is scheduled.
- Randomized Ticket Draw: The winning ticket number is chosen using a verifiable cryptographic Random Number Generator (RNG) witnessed and logged on the public draw ledger.
- Results & Proof: Draw outcomes, winning ticket numbers, and anonymized winner locations are published to the public Winners Ticker and draw archive.

7. PRIZE DISPATCH & AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
- 100% Genuine Retail Guarantee: All prizes are brand-new, factory-sealed, verified genuine retail products sourced directly from authorized stockists or certified authentication partners (StockX, GOAT, eBay Authenticity Guarantee).
- Tracked Insured Courier Delivery: Prizes are dispatched to the winner's verified UK delivery address within 2 to 5 working days following draw completion via Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD, or DHL Express with signature confirmation required.
- No Substitution for Cash: Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There is no cash alternative or credit exchange.
8. CANCELLATION & CONSUMER RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, players have the right to request a refund for unspent credit packages within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@kickdraw.co.uk. Once credits have been utilized to enter a live competition, the service has been performed and entry fees cannot be rescinded.
9. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
All personal data is processed strictly in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Entrant details are used exclusively for administering competitions, conducting skill verification, and coordinating tracked prize delivery. We do not sell or transfer player data to third-party marketing brokers.
